I was thinking the other day that over the past 2-3 years, numerous posters who have either been to training and spoken with coaching staff or posters who have connections to the club, have said that the coaching staff don’t know what the team is going to produce and what effort is going to come to pass each week.
Yes there have been some extraordinary circumstances surrounding our club but to have a team as experienced as ours is now and to have the quality and talent that we have within this playing group, it simply isn’t good enough anymore.
If they want the success that they talk about so often, they need to step up and start giving consistent and strong effort week in, week out starting tonight.
Hopefully we start to see them really want that success and gain that hunger for winning tonight.
