Gameday thread vs Lions @ Gabba Round 24 2024 - Dyson Heppell farewell

I’ve already seen him turn it over straight to the opposition about 3 times in each game to not have my hopes up.

It’s quite obvious that we really struggle to tackle them one on one. They get the disposal out way too easy even though there have been a few throws

Well, that was our good half.

Scott will soften them up at halftime to finish us off.

Get over it. Umpiring having zero effect on this game.

I agree, i dont share the same hatred as some here. Played tall all year due to injuries and reckon his effort should be where everyone tries to be

That effort from Parish deserves a massive bake.

That’s one of the biggest issues with this team. Nowhere near enough intensity and desperation.

16 scoring shots to 8 sums it up. They are twice as good. They hit the target more often. They work into space better than we do. We need to go one on one and back ourselves. No extra man back. We are playing to lose.

Half backline of Redmon, Laverde and McGrath. Un coachable spuds of the highest order

The Lohmann goal from 50 was a disgrace.

Was it McGrath on the mark? Couldn’t even be bothered trying to smother it.

Just puts a hand out

I mean the players ahead of him were just standing

The umps hate Essendon though.

No, then he’s be dressed as a coked out ■■■■.

Blitz told me he was a good kick tho

He would win it if he got to play against the Essendon midfield every week

Shocking umpiring

For those wanting to switch this garbage off then go over to 7 Mste ….Die Hard is on……might be more entertaining

Langford missed mark was a bit annoying.

both sides have thrown it and got away with it.

What’s worse is he’s right in what he’s saying about us.

Just want Caddy to take mark of the year in the second half
