that game is the same blueprint as the last 5 weeks, the only difference is supposed level of opposition.

it’s hard cos i agree with the sentiment, the skill level and decision making of so many is still questionable.

yet they still keep winning, it actually defies logic, but eh a wins a win.

You don’t keep winning if that is even remotely true. They are not mentally switched on for periods of the game but they are not mentally weak.

Did we get a free at all for

  • dragging it in (they were red hot on this 2 weeks ago)
  • incorrect disposal
  • free kick in a ruck contest
  • front on contact on Langford at the end was a disgrace

That was an epic game by Stringer. Sheer force of will to be personally responsible for almost all of the second half centre clearances.

Been a big few weeks with the the tight wins and the comeback against Adelaide
Reckon that’s about it. 6 day break now going into the Port game, hope we get some players back to freshen up the team.

22 free kicks to 11 and we were unrewarded for every one of the 68 tackles we laid. A single holding or incorrect disposal paid against the GC for the entire game. Absolutely furious with the umpiring tonight.
