Reportedly, at least one of them is an Australian citizen.
Will be deporting actual murderers with citizenship next. Guantanamo? Gaza? Other countries should take our crims. How has nobody thought of this before?

if they hold dual citizenahip they should be 100% deported . hopefully under new laws , if they fall under that, prison .

so how long do you reckon till they’re allowed back in? do you reckon it should be longer than say, a terrorism charge?
What they said almost IS a terrorism offence. Openly saying they would kill Israeli patients.

I think it’s unconstitutional if they are forced back to a war zone , of if they are political refugees and face persecution, but hey, I could be wrong on that .
if I am wrong change the law, or change the constitution and ■■■■ them off . if that can’t be done ,hopefully they can do time under new laws

Australia is a signatory to the UN Convention on Statelessness. We are also a signatory to the Refugee Convention…
There was a High Court ruling against stripping dual citizens of Australian citizenship.
There is an additional consideration whether the other country of citizenship would accept them.
