Ant, the great man!! They were the days, follow the lads off the ground into change rooms, he was rocking that mullet and mo combo, non better.
Actually i there have been some glass filling aspects; Hobbs, Marto, Durham have come on. Tsatas has a taste and there is nothing to suggest he won’t be good. Menzie also has probably exceeded expectations. Perkins (yes I know he gotta learn to tackle and pressure properly) I think has been alright, and really good in some games. AJD had games and will be a player. Bryan also. And, despite the recent weeks, we were pretty good pre-bye, and against the wo SA teams after.

Ok, heres one, my dog passed qway recently, very sad. He used to run and hide from me gameday as knew what was coming. Half full side to that is new puppy, he still was sitting at my feet gameday on the back of second half of season. Indicates therapy working.

Sam Durham has become a better player coming to Essendon from Richmond.
I think when lots of people ■■■■ and moan about ruining draft picks and players going backwards its not really always the case.
Even our most high profile departure in Daniher is getting back to his best that we had him at in what 2017(?)
Agreed re Durham, i reckon hes a ripper. Totally pushing last week out of recall (half full!!) , hes been good and should be better for another pre season
Most had us as bottom 4 to 6 territory before the season started. Then we lost the most important game outside of the Grand Final in the pre-season against the Saints.
When you look at that, and some people need to go back to the Saints pre-season game day thread - the season has been decent. Nino is happy because his 1 wish came true and its so good to see him not complaing once after we beat fark carlton.
