Anybody remotely connected with sport, but needs to have a broadskillset to proactively develop client focussed initiatives going forward, enabling best practice solutions and develop metrics to evaluate outcomes in the football management space. Ability to spout copious management speak like this would be an advantage.

This is interesting to see how far the club has come out of those three.
Brad lloyd was in the mix for the same job in 2014.
Even though the Matty Lloyd connection, Brad always been highly regarded it seems.
Dan Richardson a former player agent who spent 4yrs in football operations at Tigers now.
As for Lethlean, well we all know his deal. Aside from that issue do not want as he’d be direct line leak to Gil, SWSNBS etc
Based on recent successes and the fact his current position is general manager of football Richardson may lead field from Lloyd and then Lethlean.
Presumably would be a massive drop in pay for lethlean. He probably should wait for a job to come up at around his previous pay level. The others might spend a decent number of years in the job, and not start looking at job ads again as soon as they walk in the door.
