So…I was kinda right
If Mrs Hambo had some annual leave credits we’d be there in a flash (after going to Tasmania in March and Thailand later in the year). Oh yeah, I like a lazy Bali trip every now and then just to recharge, I find it relaxing but DON’T GO TO KUTA. Too many places, so little time.
That is some mighty fine Googling, LB. Kamikochi it is. Often referred to as the ‘Swiss Alps’ or ‘Yosemite Valley’ of Japan. Pic taken in summer. Those peaks are a tad over 3,000m (hence the NZ hint). You’re up, legend.

Too late. That’s where we stayed a decade or so ago. Lembongan Island was nice, though.
It’s an open offer. Visit whenever it suits.

Kuta is fine in small doses.
It’s rapidly developing and losing a bit of it’s charm but I do love it.

Oh yeah, so many people love it. It’s just that everywhere else I have been in Bali I enjoyed more.
