One leg squats using your bodyweight as overload. There are many variations providing slightly different loadings. Very effective.

I’ll second DonsForEver’s call on the single-leg squats and other bodyweight variations if you’re not expressly trying to add muscle/maximum strength.

$60-80 for a decent kettlebell might also be worthwhile - very versatile and take up minimal room.
