Well balanced team. Just thinking that even though there are players to come back, you would probably only want to add Looney and Green to that team. Gives us good balance between attack and defence, speed and skill.

I’m prepared to wait and see when it comes to ruck. If Smack dishes up a similar performance against the Lions you couldn’t drop him.

If its a really really hard slog in the wet, and that will mean a LOT of stoppages as well as getting super heavy legs they may choose to freshen up the team.

The weather looks good up there . The rain cleared out of Brisbane at 11pm yesterday evening, no rain forecast for today or Saturday. gives them time to uncover the pitch area, to dry off sweating under the covers. .
There are strong breezes today to help dry it out, and the game should be played in calm conditions, even if warm and humid…

There is no flooding on the Brisbane river, and levels are generally falling across the catchment.
