Personally, I go around every office at work and talk rubbish until I've put everyone off and they forget what they were doing.
Then I complain bitterly about productivity.
I’m the boss at work so when I’m bored I just make up stuff to stir up the staff.
‘Have you rung Grant McKenzie back about his patio lights?’
‘Who?’
‘Someone called a grant McKenzie ring and said he’s been waiting for over a week for a quote?’
‘Who is he?’
‘Freaks me but he sounded pretty angry, he said he was talking to you’
furiously looking back through the note book ensues
‘What’s his name again?!?!?’
Then I can’t be bothered going through with it and walk off as I have relieved myself of some of my boredom.

I do something similar with teachers and students at work.
They walk around the Campus for hours looking for one another. It amuses me.
