No mention of Durham and Gresham?
I’m assuming we find our more about those two in particular on Thursday or Friday when we have our main training session.

I thought Scott addressed it tbh.

Said it was a rolled ankle/corkie and both will be fine.

That was after the game. There hasn’t been the weekly presser (I think that’ll be tomorrow).
I’m not expecting any issues with it.
Just the usual ‘Blitz panic’ thought process at play.

How we ever suppsoed get better as a team when we continually have our best players injured and not playing a full season together

It has to stop cant be bad luck anymore these repeast soft tissue injuries

Weren’t they all a minimum of 4 weeks last week too?

Sean must have his phone set to autocorrect RIP to TBC

Ah yep, probably

My fear is that Sean Murphy and his team have completely butchered this crop of players to the point they’re now irreversibly injury prone.

The flow on affect is Matt Rosa is guessing whether or not he can rely on these players and cannot list plan accordingly.

How can Rosa know if our key defender stocks are adequate given Reid and Ridley could be either a finals combination for 5 seasons, or never play more than 2 games together?
Can we count on a top 3 earners like Parish and Langford for another 4 seasons, or do we replace thier roles in the midfield/forward?

Add to that Essendon curse injuries to Bryan and Draper and i think we are the most unknown quantity from a list build in the entire AFL.

It’s a shocking place to be and all self inflicted.

Adelaide’s injury list below.
They get the best high performance manager in the game and Not. One. Soft. Tissue half way into season. What a platform to build on to have crack at a flag…
Must be luck… coz you know… injuries are part of football etc…

As much as he is a great player, how long has it been since Ridley played a full season?

A lot of bad luck, to be sure. We’ve had plenty of that in the last 20 years.

At this point in time I’d be happy to cut the dead wood any injury prone players or bad contracts then set them free.
Also getting a new high performance team to ensure the next batch don’t become fodder like the last
