Darcy’s developed I’m not playing VFL calf awarenesss.
‘How do we say they are out for the season without saying they are out for the season?’
‘Just say 2-3 weeks’
Robeys back for finals
I guess that means Clarke’s knee scan was good.
Finally some good news…..most of the players fit and healthy for the end of season trip
Ibiza is a real PITA if you are in a moon boot ![]()
He is checked out it’s nuts.
Geelong, Carlton or Collingwood?
Walking the golf course everyday is hard work dont forget
I guess it’s a win for Innes, only take him 12 months to get the list injury free.
Calf awareness during VFL training on the weekend according to AFL.com
They’ll probably all fall off a cliff
Where is Caldwell?
Another horror injury year for us.
The breakdown of how many are soft tissue injuries would be a good measure to mark the new fitness boss against. Looking at the naked numbers it is another terrible year we have had.
My theory continues to be its Tullamarine/Marvel. Has gone on over a long period of time.
If those numbers are correct, Essendon is the only Marvel based team in the top 8.
Nah, this is disproportionality skewed by last year’s injuries and a bit of bad luck
Robey back
Bryan out half the year from knee
Martin and Hayes redoing their knees
Setterfoelds foot
Tom Edwards with his knee
Ridley with his paper muscles

Also probably the first time a lot of them did a proper preseason. I’d say it’s a tick in the right direction.
Prob also add there were a lot more structural injuries which are less controllable.
Jeez the Saints have stunk it up this year. Blown their ‘war chest’, a great injury run (until NAS went twag and King went twang again) and they’ll likely still not even make wildcard finals. Horrible.
Maybe only Gold Coast underperformed more this year.
Rowan Marshall might be looking for an out, they went a year early and blew their bolt.
Plus a number of shoulders and stepped on feet. My impression is we’ve been a LOT better with soft tissue injuries.
