My son, a qualified chef, went for a job interview/trial at a Collingwood restaurant on Monday 4 May.
The work hours should he accept the job were 9am to 2am for 6 days a week!! Yes, 17 hours a day 6 days a week.
Needless to say he found the job offer to good to accept!

That would have been a split shift surely. No one could be expected to turn up for work in any job on 3 - 5 hrs sleep a night.
