To be clear, I hope for the kid's sake he's not permanently injured. I hope he plays a long career.
At Daisy Thomas kind of levels....
Put 7-800k on your head, and break down halfway through week 3, you're open for criticism.
■■■■ him, ■■■■ his manager, ■■■■ the AFL for breaking their own rules, and ■■■■ Hawthorn.
Pretty much ideal scenario. Not quite bad enough to retire.
Saint Kilda dead set bent them over in that deal. Even if they snuck into the eight it was a massive win, right now it looks embarrassing.
But the AFL checked over the trades and said that they were all okay.
Saints will find a way to pick a dud at pick 1
How did they lose so many picks? Can someone explain this to me?
Really feel sorry for Jeager and hope he is ok. However I'm also happy if Hawthorn end up dudding themselves which makes it a difficult one.
He was always a huge risk but again wish him well. He's very unlucky.
l am another who hopes that O'Meara is able to play on. l thought that his knee might not stand up to the rigours being placed on it. If he doesn't make it though, the Dawks have traded the farm for a dud and a spud (Vickery). Better wrap Mitchell in cotton wool between games, and hope he dodges the injury bullet.
I don't get it either. Where the heck did all those picks come from?
But the AFL didnt think Hawthorn would spud it up as they have. Reckon they were banking them on being a top 4 side.
they traded up their picks for better picks. they sent those picks to everywhere for the 2 players.
On trading picks they traded for. IIRC they did a dodgy deal with Carlton for an early pick which got the JOM deal over the line (Thanks Bolts.. not!).
It's a very misleading graphic. Those were all the picks that were involved at some stage but at no point did Hawthorn have all those picks at once.
It's the kind of high quality journalism we've come to expect from Channel 9 and Footy Classified.
Spot the horrific spelling mistake. Good work 9.
Yes, .. I C it ...
Yeah, it's spelled 'whoreforn', ffs.
