I mean, I could read the first one as saying ‘at least Neeld tried.’
We could leave it to interpretation.
Like I said, I have no idea how to interpret either of them.
They could mean pretty much anything.
All sides of any discussion at all.
Fair enough.
They are both pretty relevant to the current topic, to me. But I may be wrong, as is always possible, or I may be different enough from you for it not to matter in any case.
