5 or 6 listless performances in a row.

Or the psychological state of a team is a moving feast that changes and goes negative and positive and meh at times?
Maybe the coaches learn about their group the more years they are with them?
Maybe its pretty complex ■■■■ that doesnt have cookie cutter answers.

Also, maybe they finished seventh last year.
I have them finishing 12th in FLR, so they’re meeting my expectations.
Doesn’t change the fact that we lost to 18th by five goals at our home ground.

Maybe last year they had the AFL Boost®

Of course, we are still suffering under the AFL Curse® which delivered us the Saga, multi-million dollar fines, huge draft penalties, universal opprobrium, etc. For the sake of AFL Optics® this is unlikely to be lifted while any of the 34 are still playing.

Yeah but everyone has figured Adelaide out.
Even Hawthorn beat em at home and even we beat Hawthorn.
But not Bevo.
They got thumped again.
Its not Bevos tactics (although he clearly has NFI and failed to make moves to change Adelaides 7 goal third quarter. Move Redpath back dummy) that are the issue though, its more his inability to motivate these guys week after week with this premiership list.
Bevo cant coach and neither can Clarkson for that matter. Any mug with a list like Hawthorns would have won flags. Mitchell, Hodge, Burgoyne, Lewis, Rioli, Smith. Coaching premierships is easy and i dont give credit to blokes for that when they have lists like they do. Any mug can hold a group together to achieve the ultimate. Its a piece of ■■■■.
Hawthorn and the Dogs have better lists and their coaches cant coach.
Ross Lyon may have made a number of grand finals but he cant coach because Briabane beat his team by 60 points. Man he must have no clue about tactics or motivation. Ross ■■■■■■ Lyon my lord NFI about coaching old Rosko thats for sure.

I sometimes wonder how valuable a coach is. If you had to put them in the salary cap how much would they get paid?
Strange fact you have, we only lost by 8 points.

We were 27 points up in the last quarter and lost by 8. To me that means the bottom team kicked 5 goals 5 points more than us on our home ground in less than a quarter.` It takes some doing to turn victory into defeat.
