I'm also led to believe that Judkins approached Dodoro about a role at Essendon and they discussed Essendon's list.
Finally I'm led to believe that in light of the way this has been reported, Judkins working at Essendon is far from certain.

More likely we just wait a month or two before officially putting him on the books and don't announce it at all. It's not like he's going to be head recruiter or anything so why bother announcing it and giving ammunition to whichever paper is having a slow news day that day.
