I think it’s silly moving a short distance like 16 to 10. No specific reason for doing it.
I can see an argument for moving Kelly so the Davey boys get 29 and 36.

We only have 4 free numbers with a lower numeric value than 29.
Kelly should’ve been given 12, being Baguley’s old number, tough back pocket type player
higher klout value than 29.
I wouldn’t be giving him any of the free numbers below 29.
His contract ends next year, so give him a high number to suit his spot in the VFL
