Can’t complain about our pre-season effort. Quite the opposite with a lot of positive signs. So it’s a very good lead into the season. Have to be happy with that. But, they’re just a practice for the real thing and the opposition will give our new style a good scrutiny to bring us down. But on the effort to date you’d be confident of hitting the season with good momentum

Talking about a Mini Draft to expand lists to 50. If I thought this season was actually a chance to happen, this would be the part where Nigel Lockyer is pinched by Carlton or someone else and turns into a ripper.

Not sure. These are just the things being bandied about. I assume a larger salary cap allowance? Maybe reduced salary for players… Not sure.

How would people feel if the end result of the experiments/special circumstance adjustments effecting this season, ends up being from 2021 on, …

Games being shorter Vis -a vis, AFLW style,/ length, … and Games closer together say play every 4 Days, but getting in a properly fair 34 Game H&A season with player lists of 50 plus to allow for rotations ?
