(I actually quite like this graph, apart from the moronic almost-the-same colours on top of each other…)

Not a completely accurate list.

Players from rival clubs are supposed to be 8 where it is currently

  1. Goddard
  2. Smack
  3. Leuey
  4. Bird
  5. Brown
  6. Hartley
  7. Kelly
  8. Dea
  9. Stewart
  10. Green

It’s because Brown and Hartley were recruited from the VFL.
The other 8 were all on rival AFL lists the year before coming to us.

Since when has Richmond had an AFL list?

Interesting chart. GCS were arguably on the right trajectory then it all went pear shaped. GWS would like where they’re at.

So we are young but also old?

Interesting chart. GCS were arguably on the right trajectory then it all went pear shaped Ablett got injured multiple times. GWS would like where they’re at.

Brisbane Lions 11
Carlton 11
Gold Coast 10
Essendon 9
Geelong 9
North Melbourne 9
Collingwood 8
Port Adelaide 8
Sydney 8
Western Bulldogs 8
Adelaide 7
Hawthorn 7
Greater Western Sydney 6
West Coast 6
Fremantle 5
Melbourne 5
Richmond 5
St Kilda 4

Interesting bottom 4 on this list as far as each clubs supposed “premiership window” goes.

Saints and Dees are just starting their climbs - but with 4 and 5 teenagers respectively, they really need this group to be the group that takes them to success. Even Hawthorn after 4 flags has more youth on its list.

Fremantle and Richmond could really bottom out over the next 2-3 seasons given that they have both stated they are in “rebuild mode”. The problem is that they’re not rebuilding with youth at this stage.

That looks like someone ate a bunch of Skittles and then vomited on some graph paper.

With not much in between.

It depends a bit on the youth though. Hawthorn's looks a bit rubbish.

Norf have 7 guys 20 and older yet to debut. They’re the new home for list cloggers

Good point re the Suns, The GWS backline is as dependent on Heath Shaw as the Suns midfield was in orbit around GAJ. Take Heath Shaw out of GWS and they just dont have a defence that cuts it. They are overstocked with class midfielders and forwards though.
