All the top teams bat deep with two way runners that can kick, our cupboard is bare.

2019 bulldogs beat us 137 to 33 since that game bulldogs have lost some of their elite talent in Dunkley, Smith, Macrea, Hunter and Daniel.
They had other best players out Treloar, Darcy, Weightman and JUH and pumped us again 127 to 36.
In a period we should have been rebuilding we have made no progress and in contrast the bulldogs gave successfully refreshed a big portion of their list whilst playing in finals.
We are a bad club.

You have nfi. I never said 1 player will fix everything getting some one like Rowell will fix the midfield which is an area of the list that needs fixing.
This club is continually held hostage by people who love to take short cutsâŚâŚ.and those who continually refuse to accept the short term pain which you must commit to, to move to win a Premiership.

Tigers will go past us for the same reason, they identified which ones to let go and got value for them in a good draft and they will shoot by us in 18 months. Same way the hawks have, the same way that Adelaide has.
We do need to hold off and see the influence that Rosa has on the list but at the moment we have been held back by conservative list management that recruited ânice playersâ and created a ânice environmentâ where 1 seasons worth of elite performance gets you half a dozen years on ânice coinâ with very little selection pressure and as long as you stay âniceâ we will even set you up off field
