A gozleme is a Turkish dish where filling is cooked between two thin slices of a bread like roti, and cut into squares. You end up with about 12 small (say 4cm x 4cm) slices to which you can add sour cream, lemon juice or chili sauce.
Today, I stopped at a Mexican place in Lonsdale St and had a vegetarian bowl with black rice, refried beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños and a lime and something sauce. About $12, after my hair cut.
You eat well mate, good on you

most mortadella is pretty bleh, but good mortadella is a whole new experience oh my, might head down to the local deli and get some peppered mort.
When I used to work at a deli, the sandwich of choice was jamon prosciutto, mortadella and hot sopressa/felino salami with some olives and semi dried tomato.
Gluten Free spinach and ricotta cannelloni (don’t know it until you try it)
