How much is made up? People aren’t saying it’s all true. People doubt it because the author is a sleazy lying scum bag. But he’s a sleazy lying scumbag who has 200 recorded interviews, access to the Whitehouse and had numerous key people over for dinner. Some of the bullshit must be vaguely accurate.
So how much is crap? 95%? 85%? 75%?
Nobody will disagree with you on any of those numbers. But that means at least some of it is real. And what is real is still scary.

- The author has made it very clear that he has recordings. It’s what makes him confident about defending a lawsuit against him. He hasn’t released the tapes, but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. On the flip side you are perfectly correct to say the tapes could be complete junk. We don’t know.
So you haven’t answered my key question. How much is fake?
Of course the first item is inappropriate but its hardly a hanging offence. And at the end of the day, it doesn’t disqualify him from being the President just as it didn’t for Bill Clinton, JFK and numerous others.
The rest are either allegations or are not even relevant to Trump. Its just innuendo and gossip that are best suited to Womans Day or New Idea.
