We can never get the ball out because other sides play on their opponents and have structure.
Did you see the Lynch goal? Both Francis and Hartley were ball chasing and left him unattended.

Mate, at least 6 times they have been caught holding the ball or incorrect disposal and it was just play on. The one we did get not even they could ignore it was that blatant. I mean Christ on the Cross, Saad had his bit ripped off his foot and it was play on. WTF happened to the tripping rule?

The Crows seem to be aware that if you chip kick it forward against Essendon, you can easily get to scoring positions. Our zone defence prohibits the long-boot forward but gets killed by the short-territory-gained style.
How many times does Hooker have to be infringed before a marking free paid to him?

We have no forward line (despite hiding Smack there for most of the quarter) but Adelaide don’t even want to score.
Hopefully this proceeds as per the Dawk game, where they had total control and chose to use that by kicking sideways to safe marks.
Yeah he had his arms blatantly chopped at least twice in earlier contests and Jenkins actually grabbed the biggest fist full of jumper first.
Thought or intensity around the ball was ok but we weren’t bold enough with the ball out of defence to break up their zone. Just need to go for the first option quicker.
Ruck/stoppage is going to be a big issue for us tonight and we can’t let O’Brien clog is up down the line. We have to use the leading ruck out of defence or have the Ruck follow O’Brien
