Do we have any retiring players willing to go out in a blaze of glory a la Lloyd?

Lyon and Brown are all loving the Essendon Edge.

Is this Essendon Edge™ the most overblown thing getting around?

Sure, we cracked in hard but 2MP had no idea what he was doing and Sammy was probably just being Sammy and letting out some pent up frustration.

What else demonstrated Essendon Edge™?

Yeah it’s being overblown (typical AFL fishbowl) but there’s been plenty of minor examples and clearly it’s a team focus when Scott comes out and says as much

Essendon edge is just an attempt at given us an identity.

It will play to the players, to the fans and to the media.

It’s clever by Scott because it gives people something to point to as proof of change, even if it doesn’t have much substance (not saying it doesn’t, though some will)

Maybe next week could be the Essendon Hedge so we are slightly harder to move through?

Next week might be Essendon Edge 2: The Edging

I wonder if the players gave a pledge to the edge?

He wouldn’t hurt a fly

I’d forgive him everything and give him life membership if he snotted Papley.

My biggest issue with Northball is that I think it is actually going to work.

North couldn’t sustain it, but they were hard to score against, and dangerous on the rebound in the first half.
