Bad kicking is a talent/recruitment problem. Players don’t tend to turn into great/elite kicks at AFL level.
It’s something we need to change and have, IMO, looked to do.

Gresh has been terrible I would rather Davey or Smartt given his spot to see if they are worth keeping on the list. In fact I’d rather keep one of them over Gresh
Vigo has been impressive, Blakiston has showed good signs and Lual despite that bad turnover is running hard on defence
Need to give McMahon a go in May’s position as we lack another strong tall.
May has next year and hopefully beyond so give the mature guy who’s been dominating VFL for years a shot

At least five inside 50 kicks were terrible. Need to get the midfield transition ball into the hands of Clark and Johnson. Setters, Parish and Caldwell just not good enough by foot consistently.
