A great shock and a great loss. A fantastic character with a unique bowling action. Arguably the best first change bowler, Oz ever had. Poor guys get through facing Lillee and Thomson at the most lethal, and then on comes Tangles, all elbows and shoulders, swinging the ball around. A key member of one of our very best bowling attacks. We will not see his like again. You will be as greatly missed as you were greatly admired. RIP Big Max.
