Taken me an hour at a gathering to convince people to switch tv from pies v cats (supposed block buster) to the real ■■■■■■■ deal of Eagles v Demons… long may the death ride last!
If Melbourne start winning switch it back
Just like me and Bulls games, whenever I tune in midway it just goes to ■■■■
Q. How can you watch football when there is an event of national significance playing out?
(Some election thing)
A. Melbourne death ride IS a bigger event of national significance!
Tv stays on WCE v MFC.
Ok who tuned in and jinxed
Worst Coast are too dogsh*t to get this done. Third atrocious night match in a row this weekend.
This one is over.
Not me. I promise. I’m living it through Blitz.
Melbourne are finishing higher than us so get used to it.
in which case we still end up with a high draft pick, awesome
I’m now starting to hate this thread
They play Hawks next week so this thread should be a safe place again
in hindsight wins against freo, tiges and wce aren’t a massive cause for concern
Hawks next week and Lions at the Gabba the week after
Good luck Dees
This thread gives me so much joy, but I can’t participate this week. Can’t be pleased if the Dawks win regardless of the situation.
" Nine’s Tom Morris reports Oliver is “invested” in the Dees and “loves” the club, but would simply prefer a new beginning.
“My understanding is he does want a fresh start again at the end of the year. This conversation will happen at the end of the season, as it has the last two seasons,” Morris said on Footy Furnace.
“Then it will be up to Melbourne how they want to deal with it. It’s nothing against the Demons, it’s just a change of environment and change of scenery he’d prefer. Whether it’s Geelong or somewhere else.”
Responding to the report on Triple M radio, Gawn suggested it was all just outside noise so early in the calendar."
Yessir and doesn’t get much easier after that. Swans, St. Kilda, Collingwood followed by 3 away games in a row against Port, Suns and Crows.
Swans are hitting some form and no doubt we will play them into better form and Saints are picking up as well. They will be lucky to win 1/6 of those games.
It’s sad I have this to look forward to but it was it is.
I am with you, it’s sad, but kinda fun. I remember being envious of Adelaide when FC (carlton) traded their future first for Stocker.
I remember when Geelong traded a third round pick and got Jack Bowes and Pick 7 from the suns
or when suns traded their 64 + future first priority pick to cats for pick #27
Or when Suns traded pick 27 to Cats for a future third round pick
It’s really a history of fraudulent activity aint it
