Milestones: 2015 indicates a maturing list

This year we have the elephant in the room milestone, Fletch 400.

BJ Goddard 250 ( all up) 50 for Essendon.
Jobe 200 games.

These players could all reach 100 games this year, and its a sign that the team now has a lot of experienced players in it, coming into their prime. Heppell, Myers, Carlisle, Howlett, Melksham
Colyer should hit 50 games this year.

Any other milestones I missed?

Hird’s and Fletcher’s third (senior) premiership.

Fletch 400

Also, Fletch 400.

Who? Never heard of him.

LIKE

Howlett will play game 100 against Fark Carlton (of course assuming he plays Rd 1-2).

2015 PREMIERS

Heppell’s Brownlow medal
Laverde’s 40 dosposal game

It is funny to think given how long he’s been around that Myers will only be hitting 100 games this year. I think he is normally treated like a senior citizen but from a direct experience point of view he’s only just reaching the milestone.

Jake Long, Norm Smith medalist.

And NO’B the actual best on ground.

This is a secret lid off thread

We must learn to be more subtle.

NOB I think will be a big improver in 2015 and cement a spot in the seniors.

Hopefully Winderlich gets his 150.

Not every thought needs a thread

This year we have the elephant in the room milestone, Fletch 400.

An “elephant in the room” is a glaringly obvious fact that people are choosing to overlook or not discuss.

Fletch’s 400th game is far from an “elephant in the room”. It will be very much discussed and certainly not overlooked. Not even by the media staffers. And certainly not on BB.

I heard that if Fletch plays every game, he will play his seventh game in our seventh game. In the seventh round.

(I know that this has been discussed, at length, and therefore isn’t an elephant in the room.)
