Wow, a bunch of those songs I never knew had clips. Canāt see/record Rage from o/s but time to do some YouTube searches.
That rage punk special was pretty neat. Particularly the Radiobiednan live footage. Certainly a band that wouldnāt look out of place today, well actually they probably be better than a lot of bands today.
Saw Regurgitator at the Community Cup the other night.* ā ā ā ā ā ā ā great band. Has sent back to the first couple of EPās and two early albums - when artists still made ALBUMS. Very special on the Australian music scene.
*(For their last song: Purple Rain, with Dan Sultan, and that Logie guy. Was excellent.)

Damn. Wish I knew about this earlier. Still got a recording of the brilliant Rage special from after Joey Ramone died. Probably similar content to this one.
The Rage Punk special covered a lot of territory, it morphed into some hardcore and DC hardcore and then whatever Greenday ) and Frenzal Rhomb are. Thereās been some other shorter specials too this week. But punk rock lends itself much better to live music than cheesy video clips imo

Yeah, I love grabbing classic vevoād and hd clips from YouTube, making my own all-day music video channel. Often Rage is the only place to see certain unofficial and rare vids and they donāt always get upped to YouTube in decent nick.
Just to be clear then Jez, the RAGE again site that link takes you to, I believe, is a youtube site. A different one than Iāve ever seen, but thatās what hosts it I think.
Yeah, Iām not sure, but, point being, it behaves like YT with the FFox +DLH add on, ā¦ so itās a piece of the proverbial to ā ā ā ā ā ā the clips you want.
Not a bad site and fantastic that it splits the whole RAGE ep into the clips.
Thanks SMJ.
If you go that set up Jez, once you hit the DLH button, and the list appears in the drop down box, go for the medium mp4 file.
Theyāre a reasonable size & quality, and many of the others are stripped into 2 files & remuxed in your comp after d/loading, for reasons that escape me.
Ok, now Iāve figured out what it does. Some guy just takes the playlist and finds the songs on YouTube, making them into a playlist. So if itās available on YouTube already, you get that clip. If the official clip (or the one shown on Rage) is not on YouTube, you get whateverās there as an alternative, like a tv appearance or pic of the record while an MP3 plays.
First I mistakenly thought someone was ripping the clips from rage and upping them through YouTube. As it is some are great quality and easy to grab, others arenāt the gold finds (or Iām guessing 480p and higher quality) that Rage has in its phenomenal archives, and broadcasts. Itās just what already is easy to locate on YouTube.
