Oh yeah. Anyone saying otherwise either just flat out dislikes LeBron or knows nothing about basketball. The fact one guy can make the difference between a team being a change to make an NBA Finals or being a lottery team is ridiculous. If he stays at Cleveland I would be shocked. They have nothing of any value as a tradeable asset. That pick they got in the lottery (#8) is not enough on its own or if they package it with a player.

Heā€™s very hateable but heā€™s the equal of Jordan. Iā€™d almost say that if you were picking a schoolyard captainā€™s pick team you might go LeBron #1. Heā€™s just such a unique size/shape/talent

The whole 3-5 Finals record (would be 3-6 if they made it this season) thing is something that is a blot on his resume. The 2 he lost at the Heat are the ones, against Dirk and not much else on the Mavs and losing to the Spurs in 5. The ones he has lost at the Cavs you canā€™t really say too much because they were clear underdog in those series. If he had a 5-3 record rather than 3-5 that would skew the argument more towards LeBron. What he is doing now is far more impressive than anything he did in Miami with Wade and Bosh.

Jordan did what LeBron is doing now with the addition that he wasnā€™t a physical freak of nature, in an era that was significantly more brutal, and he was a much better defender as well. Jordan did everything LeBron did today on offence. But would also be that great on the other side of the ball.

There is a reason MJ was 1st team all defence 9 x all in years he won the scoring title.

I put it like this. Imagine everything LeBron is doing offensively, but add in Kawhis defence
