NBA 2024/25

Send jimmy to thibs, jimmys his favorite player ever

I really do enjoy the level of drama these millionaires generated when things dont go their way with their employer.

but mentally ive moved on, this is herro and bams team.

Miami does have the chance to do something hilarious, imagine sending butler back to minny

That leaves Burks ($2mil) who sends it over or Larrseon ($1.1mil).
I’ve got Jimmy Butler and Larsson (the cheapest Heat guy) for Beal. It does work on the ESPN trade machine, but not on Spotrac. Spotrac does have all the apron rules built in.
Could be an error though.

No chance heat are getting beal. He’s more washed than embiids knees

Maybe thats close enough, but not sure.
Maybe it doesn’t work on Spotrac because of the no trade clause

It was easier to trade a 29 year old Jimmy on $19mil back then. Tougher to trade a 35 year old Jimmy on $48mil.

Jimmy doesn’t have much leverage here.

Nah.
The player no trade clauses are switched off on Sportstrac. The only restrictions are for players who can’t be traded after they’ve signed a contract (which you can switch off).
I’ve done a Beal to Portland for Ayton and Avdija which passes the apron rules.

It’s more likely an error somewhere else if the trade doesn’t work.

Bit of talk Magic and Kings might be interested in Beal’s awful contract. They both need more shooting.

Miami would be interested in Fox so a three way could be a possibility. Beal to Kings, Butler to Suns, Fox to Miami.

I can understand Orlando wanting his shooting (when he gets on the court at least) given they didn’t end up signing Klay through the pre-season.
I cannot for the life of me work out why Sacramento would want to pair Beal with DeRozan, but they chose Marvin Bagley ahead of Luka so they have form.

It’ll be interesting to know Beal’s motives given he’s in charge of the no trade clause on his contract. Would he prefer to stick with the Suns and give himself the best chance to win a championship he’s ever had in his career, or would he prefer to go to another small market team, get his stats up, keep cashing in that contract and live out the rest of his playing career like he never left the Wizards?

its been like 4 hours, he traded yet?

I would just about take anything back, even nothing.

Heat really have 3 options, one is embrace the rebuild (wont happen with riley as hes so old and wants 1 last title before handing over) but if they did, we’d need to do something to get away from the picks to OKC and charlotte, or retool and get something to compliment bam and herro, but we have sweet ■■■■ all assets and finally just hold jimmy until 50m comes off the books were not in the aprons and can make a play for another player.

I guess its whether the org cares or not if jimmy starts yapping to rachel nichols agian

Miami heat twitter is popping off in a civil war. Beat writers are arguing with Jimmy’s agent.

I think the way american’s consume sport is almost as unhealthy as the way british media report it.

i mean the club itself tweeted it.

Wow! That’s escalated quickly!

Meanwhile there is a pretty decent game taking place between the two teams with the best current winning streak in the NBA
