A stat stuffing performance from bottom age Essendon NGA Moustafa Darwish who continues to show the combination of hard work, gut running, repeat efforts and ability to read the play that allow him to rack up impressive possession tallies through the midfield. He was influential in the first half of this game, helping the Cannons control territory and build a solid lead. In the second half Darwish increasingly struggled with his kicking efficiency and turned the ball over a number of times. Hopefully a learning experience for him, and something for draft watchers to keep an eye on going forward.
I’m sure you’r correct but Zero Hangar don’t have him inside their top 40 players. If nothing else though I think this draft is shaping up as a deep and even one which bodes well for us if we end up with mutiple selections.
Combine lists aren’t finalised at this point in time. Theres a couple more opportunities for blokes to be moved from the state screening to the central draft combine if they perform well late in the season and clubs want to have a look at them.
I can’t really say what I think about Zero Hangar.
But put it this way they just put out a clip on IG saying Van Hattum and Houndsome were the two standouts in the Northern v Dandenong game last weekend.
A game I was at.
Harry had 16 disposals, 6 marks (some contested), 26 hit outs and 1 goal. Fair enough.
Houndsome, on the other hand, had 6 disposals, 3 marks, 26 hit outs, and 0.1 goals.
Edit: Dandy rucks also had 17 hitouts. So 79 hitouts for the game cant be right.
Bully is simply pointing out that 90% of the site would simply like to come on and see some footy content and talk dons.
We really don’t need to come into the NGA thread and have you nutjobs giving people (who never asked for it) a lecture on why you won’t watch someone’s (who never asked you too) clip
