One year with Kyle Shanahan will do that.
We can’t have good things at Miami.
They will sack another coach, change things up and the same thing will happen again. Place is turning into another Browns outfit.
Rodgers memes are lot funnier when he’s not playing for your favourite team anymore.
I laughed a lot when Rodgers crippled the Jets last year after just 4 plays. Memory of this should help.
Went to my first NFL game on the weekend.
Was one of the best sporting experiences I’ve ever attended.
The tailgating was so much fun, such a party and everyone was there to have a good time regardless of which team you went for. Everyone just gets as loaded as possible.
Then the game experience itself is insane.
I will be going again when I’m next in the US.
Ah cool you got to see SoFi.
Is there much atmosphere at a Chargers game? I never really know how the LA thing is going for them.
Looks amazing. Were you sitting at the end that McConkey scored the TD?
Very jealous.
The other end. But every seat is a good seat. Especially the $500 we paid each.
@StealthBomber the atmos is mad. Makes we want to get to other stadiums now as well.
Mahomes pregame.
“Let’s Get Loud”?
I’ve seen the Packers at Lambeau about 15 times… never gets old. Was there during the latter Favre era where they contended a lot but never got back to the big one until Rodgers, by which point I was in Colorado. Certainly miss it. Saw a Monday night game against the Eagles, saw one against Tennessee when they were still the Oilers and saw Peyton Manning in his Colts days. We were neighbours with Marco Rivera, the starting offensive guard for a few years, and occasionally would get his family tickets, which were AWESOME.
I was in Denver for 10 years but the Packers only came out there once, and it was during the Broncos Super Bowl season, so both teams were undefeated and it was $600 a ticket. As long as I still have family there I hope to make a Packer-Bronco game at Mile High down the road, maybe 2031 (?) I think. GB was there last year but I couldn’t get over.
Lambeau is still the only NFL stadium I’ve actually watched an NFL game at, though. I went to a Fiesta Bowl in Tempe when the Cardinals still played there, and I’ve seen baseball at other NFL venues. College stadiums I’ve been too include Nebraska, Colorado, and Wisconsin.
Did you part take in all the pregame activities?
Do all tailgaters have tickets to the game? Or do some just drink in the carpark while the game is on?
I’m not 100% sure.
They start 4 hours before the game. Some people I saw were packing up as it was getting closer to the game but others were setup so well that I assumed they were staying.
It really is the best pregame I’ve ever done. I wish the AFL would do the same at the MCG parking lot but we are so strictly policed here it just can never happen.
I was lucky enough to get tickets to a Jets/Patriots playoff game back in 2011. I recall the tailgating being a lot of fun. By the end of the first quarter, one of the cubicle toilets was absolutely coated in vomit.
The Patriots lost, it was great.
I know a lot of people at Lambeau don’t have tickets. They just show up with lawn chairs, a portable barbecue, a crapload of sausages and beer, hook up a small TV with an antenna, and sit in the car park, in subzero weather, for HOURS.
Certainly a different breed of people up there.
Is there a streaming service for College ball?
