Because he does his job every week, is a good on-field leader and is consistent. As a coach, you’d love a player like that.

As per the voting discussion re the Nobby
Snelling would have consistently been in peoples top 7 or so most games.
But rarely in top 3 for many Blitzers.

I would extend it out to be able to vote for the top 4 players every game.
Top 5 is too many to think of in a loss.
but top 4 rewards one extra player who had a good game, but just misses out on the votes normally.

Part of the Crichton system is allocating up to 5 points for each player.
An alternative for Nobby could be allocating up to 5 points to 5 players.
If you swap Snelling and Laverde around that would have just about been my prediction.
There is not many points between 3rd and 6th and Snelling missed a couple of games, whereas LAV played every game.
Obviously we have a better season if Mcdonald-Tipungwuti finishes third.
