I think that’s how it works.
Dunno how smart the umps were to go the even-ups in the last four minutes when it could have cost the game. Good way to get lynched: set the standard, then deviate from it at the time people will sook most.

Every time I watch Port play, I’m glad we didn’t get (and hopefully didn’t want) Rockliff.
He’s ok running around picking up cheap kicks in a weak team but I just don’t reckon he fits into a real team structure where he’s second or third fiddle.

Melbourne play a very physical style, mostly bash and
crash and it takes its toll on them over the season. l expect them to fade a little in the second half of the seaso, like they did in the last quarter tonight.
Melb had more Inside 50’s (68) than total points scored for the night (65).
