Dangerfield took a pay cut to go to Geelong.
Last year pretty much every single Richmond person wanted Hardwick gone. They cleaned out all the assistants, cleaned up a few processes, recruited specifically and stuck with Hardwick who adjusted his plan.
12 months later they make a GF.
Reminds me of what happened at Geelong.
