For me it depends on where you focus. Look at the section of train in the immediate foreground and it appears to be going towards the tunnel. Look at the train near the tunnel and it appears to be leaving said tunnel.

The words there are obvious, . so I’m guessing that’s not the illusion.
Anything at all to give a clue what it’s about?
It’s not as clever as some previous ones, the words seem to fade away, taken over by the dots. One needs to stare at it for a bit.
