Amazing!

Nottingham Forest levelling in 90th minute was rough but to get it done on penalties was epic!

Wrexham on a good run and there abouts for the top 6, surely they couldn’t get another promotion could they?

To even potentially be in promotion calculations is outrageous (as is today’s FA cup win!)

Can’t see them being promoted but bloody exciting if they did make the top 6 to try

This team keeps doing the unthinkable though

Given the owners and their ambition .. wouldn’t rule out one or two signings this January to drive them into contention come May.

Playoffs are a distinct possibility.

….

Wrexham get a home game and non premier league match up, helpful for getting to next round

In Leeds last 37 FA Cup ties we have been drawn at home 7 times.

The draw only selects the opponent unless you have never played against that opponent.

If you have played them before then the venue will be the opposite to the previous fixture.

For such a draw like Leeds has had it would suggest they are playing a lot of teams they have never previously played or if they have played them previously they must have been home fixtures

Oh I didn’t realise that’s how it worked. Just assumed that the first team drawn was the home team.

I had a look back and we played Man Utd at Old Trafford in 1995 and then the next time on 2009 was Old Trafford as well. Also the last 4 times we have played Derby have been away.

Perhaps they scrapped it a while back?

I was certain that as a kid growing up that is how it was done but perhaps now they just go the random route.

Yeah I just chatgpt’d it and it says it’s team drawn first that gets the home advantage.
