I reckon that he was about to say a word that describes a similar part of the anatomy (it begins with “a” and ends with “hole”) but thought better of it at the last minute.
Head of GG staff so well connected, got him into the marquee at the Henley Regatta ( GG has no status outside Australis, as he only represents the Monarch in Australia)
I’ll concede it was in order for the GG to visit Poland in his capacity as Commander of the Armed Forces if there were any of our Armed Forces there ( pics of his meets with foreign leaders in Euro media, but zero here)
His self esteem is hasn’t been diminished by time and in fact seems to have grown.
Why should a person of his standing waste any more of what remaining time he has left on malcontents like us? He’s right. We don’t walk the talk when it comes to national identity.

Abbott the Destroyer doesn’t get enough credit for sinking the 1999 referendum. So much noise about alternative models, he made a simple question scarily complex.

This bloke is nearly 80, its time to take up bowls, join the U3A, enjoy his great grandchildren and a nice glass of red.
We should leave old pollies alone. Every time either side wheel one out, it’s not great.
That being said. Reasonable amount of disrespect towards Keating’s legacy. If Howard and Costello put as much effort and thought into Australia’s future rather than self preservation, we would be much better place now.
