Many players who do a hammy have repeat issues because of there musculoskeletal structure, running gait and exacerbated by weakness / scar tissue after initial injury.

You’d still expect somewhere closer to 50:50 (this is making the assumption that once reco’d a knee has the same structural integrity as the “healthy” knee)
I do agree though that some people are just predisposed to certain types of injuries
Why do we need Patton? We already have Belly. He can play the “forward role”. He can be the guy Blitz demands to be dropped every week (he’s only useful as a sole ruckman!). If we sign McKernan to play for one more year, we have a ready made player for us to feature as an IN when posting our team changes predictions as well. No way Patton could do any of that!

Not sure what compo Freo uweunderstand get if he chose not to sign on at Freo.
Just said he won’t be going anywhere unless the club doesn’t want him. Hevely invested in the club and said anyone would be mad to leave or something along those lines

That makes sense. Do a trade for a key forward and don’t include the guy who’s already one foot in the door, McCarthy.
