Post trade best 22

Given what has happened this morning, here is a best 22 thread.

B: Baguley, Hooker, Fletcher

HB: Gwilt, Hurley, Hibberd

C: Dempsey, Cooney, Stanton

HF: Zaharakis, Carlisle, Goddard

F: Chapman, Daniher, Ambrose

R: Giles, Watson, Heppell

Int: Z. Merrett, Hocking, Myers, Bellchambers

Emerg: Colyer, Winderlich, Howlett

Left-overs: O'Brien, Ashby, Pears, Melksham, Edwards, J. Merrett, Browne, Steinberg, Kavanagh, Dell'Olio, Gleeson, Dalgleish, Gregory, Kommer, Hams, Aylett, Thurlow, Rayner, Fantasia plus draft picks and Long.

And outside of the 22 and emergencies listed by you Pazza, there is SFA in the way of depth, and in particular taller players.

There are no developing key position forwards or defenders of any size.  Pears is a list-clogger, Steinberg may not even be there and in any case moves like a glacier, and Gregory from what I've heard is years away.

A couple of injuries in key areas next year and Essendon will be in for a hard season.

I'd have Kommer in our best if he's fit. Also Giles over T. Bell? I don't rate T. Bell much as a ruckman but haven't seen Giles play much - he much cop?

IT BEGINS

I agree. Our list falls away very quickly after the best 22. We need a couple of young players to step up and bridge the gap.

Colyer is best 22.

Colyer is best 22.

Yeah, I just looked at the team and wondered where he and licha fit?

You've got Giles in the team twice. Creative Fwd Pocket will be our #17 pick

In: Giles, Coonburger

Out: Traitor (Port), Stanton (GAWN)

Where the ■■■■ is Hartlett pizza?

Isn't it obvious.

With name like your own I can't believe you have missed Gleeson.

Not bad.. I bolded the changes, mostly positional..but the main one, Gwilt out, Demps back to half back flank as Colyer must play. His pace and incredible improvement must be utilised this year.

Hard to do!

You couldn't fit Wingard in Pazza?

Thought it was Wines?

Where the fark is Hartlett pizza?

Dunno. Does Hartlett make a decent ham and pineapple?

I think you'll find our spine is one of the best in the league and heading into their prime.

JD (20) Buckets (23) Tbell (25) Hurley (24) Hooker (26).

Balance of mids across all ages.

I'm pumped.

I'd have all 3 emergencies in before Gwilt with demps moving to HBF.

Not much left after that 25 is there?
