After a solid win against the Tigers in our first practice match the boys will be looking to repeat the dose against much tougher opposition in the Saints. We have a few players still out injured - notably Perkins/Kako/Robey & Ridley (is he ever not injured?) but its not too bad compared to last year. Possible lineup might be;-

Nguyen McKay McGrath

Redman Reid Farrow

Fiorini Caldwell Duursma

Durham 2MP Merrett

Langford Caddy HAS

Blaki Roberts Parish

Bench: Sharp Gresham Clarke Kondo Prior + a few others hopefully Tsatas & Cox

Looking for another positive showing here to set us up nicely for round 1 comon Bombers..!!

I just googled where Mars stadium is - its in Ballarat - is anyone from Blitz thinking of headin up there for this game coz I am..!!

Nice little stadium up in Ballarat now, they’ve built a few nice new stands, but not sure if they’re finished yet.

St Kilda are the perfect test because they’re relentless in their team defence, so we’ll see what elements of our game break down before round 1.

Will be interesting to see the ball movement.

It will be the test to see if they have changed or it was a false dawn because we played Richmond
