Did Lord train, as I noticed he wasn’t in the Indigenious boys photo from their camp?
Yes Sean ran most of it
He was there and Its good to see him and some muscle
Love the report @CJohns.
However, there seems to be a significant lack of VOSS news.
Awesome report @CJohns
I love this time of year. We always seem to win the preseason and I love it.
Sounds really positive to have increased match drills and additional coaches out there helping with drills.
Hopefully this emphasis on skills will really pay dividends. Let’s just hope the fitness is complements it
Any Setterfield sightings yet?
Felt like more a midfielders type drill session today hence key position types don’t reflect much in report. Kicked a nice goal though
Was out there but didnt see him to much with the footy
Is that because he was so in and under that he was hidden by all the other bodies?
Maybe as it was a bit more like skills keeping off footy today (decision making) and not so much contested footy
Disappointing, troubling, also predictable
Any concern that the amount of coaches out on the track is a bit overkill? Running the risk of the messaging getting muddled with too many voices at once perhaps? Don’t get me wrong I love the emphasis on development as it has been severely lacking. Just a thought that it could be an issue.
Not currently as they break up into small groups. But a lot of the vocals were around basic skills and body positioning. I dont sense game plan is being instructed as yet and Scott watching on to see what our strengths are to then form it soon.
Thanks for the report, CJ. Much appreciated.
gee, why ya hate Martin so much…?
Cheers mate!
Yeah I have a friend who works at the club that basically said this.
Scott hasnt implemented anything as of yet.
Must be because of what you eluded to here.
Great report and insights, thanks for making the effort @CJohns
Nice one scooter!
Watching him in the VFL this year, I always thught his skills (kicking in particular) stood out. He’s sharp. Hopefully he can start winning a bit more of the ball, because he could be very damaging for us if he does.
