And in a way Monfries allowed us to pick up Gleeson, which I'm calling a win too.

If you're saying that having Gleeson is a win over having Gus, then nope. Not yet. Maybe not ever.
Monfries is a bloody good footballer, and a 200 gamer (150 with us), Gleeson has a long way to go to even get to 100 games at this stage IMVHO.
