A thread about rain and no other things

It looks pretty strange in the old weatherzone

Someone drowned a Maserati in the Victoria Street underpass in Footscray.

Yeah…those circles are some kind of glitch, not an indication of the weather pattern.

Has not stopped raining all day where I am out east in the Ringwood area. Mainly drizzle for a lot of but none stop genuine rain for the past 5 hours.

“Maserati”. Must be Italian for “MostlyRusty”.

I think it means “Not A Boat” …

Classic case of too much cash and no brains.

If the water is too deep, I’ll pay it off.

I’d guess it’s the opposite - if i were in a tight spot for cash and had a very expensive car fully insured, i might ‘accidentally’ write it off in a flash flood.

nice to have the sun out for a bit

To be fair if you’ve ever driven at night in torrential rain, you can’t always easily see the difference between 4 inches of water and 4 feet of water.

One time in Brisbane I could only gauge the water depth by the flashing hazard lights of a car, which was submerged.

I’m more concerned about the position if that handbrake. HTF does it end up like that unless you’re using it to get around corners.

Yeah, ok. That’s a possibility.

Except it was in the middle of the day

Anyone who has lived in West Footscray or Footscray knows that Maserati.

Rain got me. Went for a run this morning and slipped over backwards. Back is now in a world of hurt.
