Cleaned out the drain in front of the garage yesterday. Flooding anyway. Bugger! Luckily cleared everything out of the way and hopefully the slope of the flooring will let it flow through to the backyard.

I know some people are claiming that this rain event has been grossly exaggerated but i just saw a women splashed when a passing car went through a puddle.

Tonight’s news reported that the only injuries so far have been 11 people falling off ladders while cleaning out their gutters in preparation for Armageddon.
A small, cruel part of my soul finds this rather hilarious. I’m clearly not a nice person.
