We are in a very bad way. The list is average (at best), our recruitment team has been ■■■■ for years and the future isn't attractive at all. Serious changes need to be made, and I accept that and hope you do to. Firstly lets get rid of overrated players, Melksham, Stanton and Dempsey would be in the first I'd chop. Before any of you argue this point, let's be honest neither of these men will be in our next premiership team nor will they offer decent knowledge and support for those who will. We need players who are good under pressure, make the right choices when under the pump, anyone can appear decent in wide open spaces with no one around, but decent teams don't allow this time and space.Before any of you argue this point, let's be honest, you're only slagging Stanton because you don't like him and didn't like him before this year and still don't like him even though he's been a ■■■■-ton better than any of Watson or Goddard or Howlett or Zaha or Heppell.It’s not that I don’t like him, I don’t know him. Watson and Goddard on the other hand have proven they can use the ball efficiently under pressure, although they are having a bad period, at least I am confident they can resurrect this in the future.
