That was a grand collapse, and an absolute smashing for the mids in particular.
A fill in ruckman competing and held his own and then some against our super duo.
First real mistake by Brad Scott, thinking our system can beat Pies without stopping Daicos.
That won’t work. You need to tag Daicos and the first team with the balls to do it will shut the pies down.

Some things never change. 28 point lead, no excuses, no lack of experience, no them being a premiership contender, we completely gave up that qtr. And with Geelong now we’ll face 2 losses in a couple days.

One of the youngest teams in the comp versus the team that made a prelim last year, people need to accept there’s gonna be inconsistency and down patches especially against the best teams

That first five to ten minutes in the last needed the team to really push through together.
Tough day for them in the end. Plenty to take from it.
Lost to first and second so far this year.
