That was the thing that really â â â â â â me off the most. Draper and Phillips collectively were â â â â and got beaten by a part-timer. Reminded me of when Aliir Aliir smashed Zac Clarke in the ruck when we played Sydney in 2019. Didnât win a tap but just pantsed us following up at stoppage and around the ground.

Looking forward to Sundays mauling by the Cats. All we needed was two goals in that fourth quarter and Iâm sure Scott wouldâve said words to that effect. Sadly the drive wasnât there. I knew this would be the case. Menzie was atrocious today too and I think Davey needs more work. Really needed Merrett today.

Collingwood were $7.50 for the win at Three Quarter Time. Given our illustrious history of flakiness under pressure, I am spewing I didnât jump on there and then.
The coaching around our rucks today was baffling. It seemed like philips took around 80% of the ruck in the first half, and was soundly made to look amateur by a kid that doesnât play ruck. We were fortunate to be level at half time.
Then in the third, Draper took most of the ruck duties. I was thinking, brilliant coaching, tire the young kid out with our 2nd ruck in the first half, and have Draper explode in the second half. We dominate. Forth quarter comes along and Philips takes the bulk of the ruck, 7 unanswered goals laterâŚ
If you want to know where we lost it, it was there. Philips rendered our midfield toothless. He was uncompetative and collingwood roved off him at every chance.

Both beaten by Frampton today.
We had 19 frees to 10 and still couldnât get it done.

We should have never of gone in with 2 rucks.
Oh and Draper and Phillips lowered their colours BIG TIME today.
